Join us for My PlayClub Inclusive Play Date at the Park!

Wanna play together? My PlayClub is our FREE community outreach program that brings together kids of ALL abilities for a fun playdate at our inclusive playgrounds. We provide crafts, temp tattoos, stories, and snacks. Plus, we often have special guests and activities. My PlayClub meets every other month at a different playground in Los Angeles. We also have My PlayClub at other cities around the world. For more info, contact [email protected].

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 📢

On Saturday, April 20th, you’re invited to volunteers at My PlayClub at Maple Park in Glendale from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Volunteers will assist with setup, check-in, teardown, and operation of different activity stations such as face painting, crafts, snacks, and a reading nook. Or be a buddy to one of our kiddos with disabilities.
This event is one of 24 exciting volunteer activations taking place around the region from April 2nd to May 8th in partnership with LA2050. Each year, LA2050 gives $1 million to organizations making Los Angeles better through the LA2050 Grants Challenge. Angelenos determine the issue areas that will be funded – from homelessness and income inequality to park access – through voting. Voting takes place online via LA2050.org, open to all ages and available in 12 languages. Volunteers will also have a chance to vote in person at our activation.

During the pandemic, we had an amazing virtual program called Fun4All. Our Zoom gatherings brought KIDS of ALL abilities together to connect and PLAY during the school day! Every Fun4All had a different theme, so we read stories, played games, enjoyed music, danced, and created crafts all around that theme.

Snacks are provided, but please feel free to bring a sack lunch. Our supportive volunteers from local community groups and schools come as Buddies to meet and play with our friends with special needs.
